• Penetrating sealer - seals and protects the base surface.
• Allows the surface to breathe and expel moisture.
• Masks minor surface imperfections and promotes a uniform topcoat finish.
• Easy application with brush or roller.
• Quick drying time, hence quicker paint to plaster time.
• Low odour and low splatter.
• Can be topcoated with oil- and water-based Duram decorative paints.  

Duram Cement Primer is water-based and is generally safe to use.
Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed: Immediately call a poison centre/doctor.
If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
Use in a well-ventilated area.
If experiencing respiratory symptons, move person to fresh air.
Call a doctor.If in eyes: Rinse with water.  

This product contains no added lead. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If accidently swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container to the doctor. Dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used. Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
