Past projects
Builders CSI’s primary focus has been on delivering a positive social impact through education, early childhood development, with a focus on building and renovation projects since 2012. Between 2012 and 2014 through our partnership with Ripples for Good, we have renovated over 205 schools. This initiative has provided a conducive learning environment for over 145 000 leaners across South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique.
Future projects / new partnership
Builders has partnered with Take MY hand to be Builders CSI ambassador, to help us reach a wide range of charities and those in need. Take my Hand is currently approved as a public benefit organisation with section 18A status to provide funds and assets (AV) to other public benefit organisations that have status pursuant to section 18A of the Income Tax Act. The company carry on to fulfil such function. The Company will, pursuant to its Company, carry on the following additional public benefit activities as listed in the Ninth Schedule of the Income Tax Act.
The Company is primarily aimed at providing funds and assets to other public benefit organisations with section 18A status. The company provides donors with a safe and reliable avenue to invest their Corporate Social Investment funds. It is increasingly important to ensure that funds are utilised for the intended purpose and to ensure that organisations are equipped to use their funding responsibly.
